Returns and refunds

You have 30 days from delivery to change your mind, provided the product is unopened and in its original packaging. An opened or used product is not taken back under this commercial guarantee. Your statutory right of withdrawal, described below, remains unaffected.

How to proceed

• Write to contact@douveau.com with your order number.
• We reply within 24 working hours with the steps to follow.
• The refund is issued within 5 working days of approval.

Right of withdrawal

Under Articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, you have a legal period of fourteen days to exercise your right of withdrawal without giving a reason. Our commercial guarantee is in addition to this legal right and does not replace it.

Product damaged on arrival

Send us a photo of the product and the parcel. We reship or refund, with no return at your expense.
