These terms govern sales concluded on douveau.com between the site publisher and any customer acting as a consumer.
Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included. Delivery is free. The applicable price is the one displayed at the time of the order.
The order is final once payment is confirmed. A confirmation e-mail with the order details is sent to you.
Payment is made by bank card or by the methods offered at checkout. Payment data never passes through our servers.
Delivery is estimated at 7 à 10 jours after dispatch. If your order is late, contact contact@douveau.com. Your statutory rights in the event of non-delivery remain unaffected.
You have fourteen days from delivery to exercise your statutory right of withdrawal, without giving a reason. See Returns and refunds.
All products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects, independently of any commercial guarantee.
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action. The customer may use a consumer mediator free of charge.
